Maggie's Music Box

I am on a journey to discover Tulsa’s music scene. Oh. My. Goodness! Maggie’s Music Box in Jenks is an absolute gem!! If you're looking for a place with amazing live music, good food and drinks, and a super fun atmosphere, this is the spot to be. From the moment my friends and I walked in I was impressed with the venue. The repurposed drums for lighting gave the place a unique and artsy vibe, and the Elvis figures scattered throughout added a fun, nostalgic touch. There is an awesome outside patio that has a stage and seating, but it was too cold for us to brave it; although there were people out there sitting by the outdoor heaters and fireplaces. I can’t wait to enjoy the music from the patio once it gets warmer. But the best part by far was the live music. Wanda Watson was playing and it was her birthday. The owner brought special seating to the front for her friends and family. It was definitely a packed house. She is an amazingly talented blues artist. The music was so fantastic! The atmosphere at Maggie's Music Box is just the right blend of lively and chill. Everyone seemed to be having a great time, and the friendly crowd made it easy to strike up a conversation with fellow music lovers. If you are looking for a great time and live music I definitely recommend trying out Maggie’s Music Box!

Wow this place looks amazing! The bartenders were great. I tried out their drink Island girl, which was also pretty good. The music was good as well. My only complaint is that I wish they had more of a younger crowd coming in. There were so many old men dressed in suits looking like they just left the office at 11pm 😂 Honestly though, I really did enjoy my time there.

The soul city with soul food and soul music. Always enjoy my time here. Hummus and pita were delicious. Jamaican jerk chicken was yummm and it's a must have. The 3 cheese grilled sandwich was big and heavy for 1 person to eat but their tacos and bowls are really tasty. The music was too loud around the stage area tables but it was wonderful. The chips and salsa was just ok. Love the energy and atmosphere here.

Very chill atmosphere. Love the live music scene in Tulsa. This is another great spot to hear singer/songwriter country licks on Sunday evening/nights. Patio is great when weather permits. Love the artwork/posters from years past that are all over the walls. Oozes bow-chica wow-wow. But seriously, a nice place to relax with a few friends, have some adult beverages and hear some good tunes. Oh and if you're hungry, try the Tacaria, great street tacos. Tacos El Pastor are great.

Ugly staff, attitude wise and physically. Try a different spot. Ugly girls with ugly attitudes. Got my money back and left due to their attitudes. Told her I want to leave and my money back. Claimed they had no way to print verification of my refund. Turns out they do after pressing the issue. Seems like they wanted me to leave and not refund the money. Security even took my side. Heidi and the “bar manager” are shady and rude. I’ll never be back.
